Update

This afternoon Don had a check-up with Dr. Regenstein. I had to run by my office before we went to the doctor's office to drop something off and Don came with me. We had a nice visit and the girls all said how great he is looking!

When we got to the doctor's office the nurse asked Don a list of questions regarding his side effects from the Nexavar. Out of about 20 questions the only side effect he has is trouble sleeping. The nurse could not believe he had no side effects to speak of. His blood pressure, heart rate and temperature were all fine. Dr. Regenstein stuck his head in and said he was running two hours behind and said since Don was doing so good he would just see us in a month! He gave Don a quick exam to check his neurological signs and check for fluid in Don's legs and we were on our way. As we walked down the hall Dr. Regenstein was rubbing Don's back telling him how great he was doing!! Sadly, this can mean only one thing...I'll be going back to work soon.
